Battery Wraps x 10 for 18650, 18500, 18490, 18350

Just cut the wrapper to the height necessary. These battery wraps are meant to fit like a glove once heated around your battery. Please read below for instructions on how to re-wrap your 18650 style batteries.

Step 1:

These battery wraps are designed for 18650, 18500, 18490, or 18350 batteries. Carefully cut off your old/ existing battery wrap. Be sure not to damage the protective plastic ring on the positive end of the battery. You will want to keep this ring.

Step 2:

Cut your new battery wrap to ensure a correct fit on your preferred battery. You are only cutting the height of the battery. Do not cut down the tube or the heat process will not work properly. These wraps are specifically sized to fit over an 18mm diameter.

Step 3:

Place the plastic ring you saved in step 1 back on the positive end of the battery and slide the new battery wrapper over your naked battery.

Step 4:

Your almost done. The heating process. We recommend you use a blow drier for this step. Once your battery has the new wrap sleeved, and you’ve made sure the protective positive ring is in tact; begin heating the wrapper until both ends have shrunk and continue this process until the new battery wrapper is shrunk tight and smooth.
