Pioneer4You has made a big name for themselves in the vaping industry in the past two years. They have continuously put out handheld mods that are capable of achieving boat loads of power. The original IPV Mini was an awesome compact 30 watt single 18650 box mod, but the IPV Mini 2 is here to boast in all new kinds of power. Maintaining the same shape and size, the Mini 2 is now capable of producing 70 watts of power in the same body as it predecessor. With more than double the power as the original, the IPV Mini 2 can read atomizer resistances as low as 0.2 ohms! The IPV Mini 2 features the Yihi SX330V2C chip which grants this hand held mod all of its power and capabilities.

Considering this mod is a mini version of the IPV box mod series from Pioneer4You, it still maintains all of the quality engineering that the larger versions of this mod have. The IPV Mini houses a single 18650 battery (battery not included) and has a micro USB port built into the bottom of the device for easy charging. On the bottom of the mod there is a threaded cap which unscrews in order to insert an 18650 battery. You will find a very detailed LCD display on this mod, which will indicate the targeted wattage setting, the resistance of the attached atomizer, and the equivalent voltage number depending on the set wattage. Located to the right of these numbers on the display screen is a battery gauge which displays the battery life of the 18650 battery inside of the mod. It is very important to use high quality batteries which have a high amp limit due to the fact that this mod can read very low resistances. Ensure that you have proper knowledge of battery safety and ohm’s law when considering purchasing this mod. Due to the fact that this mod can deliver so much power and can read extremely low atomizer resistances, we recommend using only the highest quality batteries which maintain a high amp discharge.

Though this mod has the ability to be used as a pass through device, we highly recommend to not utilize this feature due to the danger of wearing the Micro USB connection on the mod itself. There is no way to repair a worn out Micro USB connection, and if this does occur, you will lose the functionality of the charging port and be forced to remove the battery each and every time you need to charge it.
